These Terms & Conditions apply to Prism Security ("we", "us", or "our"). For questions, contact contact@prismsecurity.net.

1. Service Description

Prism Security provides software for system monitoring, security event visibility, and analytics intended for business and organizational use.

Prism Security provides software tools for visibility and monitoring. It does not provide insurance, guarantees, forensics, remediation, or incident response services.

Prism Security makes no guarantees regarding the prevention, elimination, or mitigation of security incidents.

2. Delivery of Services (Digital Fulfillment)

All services are delivered digitally through the Prism Security platform. After successful payment, access is provisioned through the customer dashboard. No physical products are shipped. Delivery is considered complete when access is provisioned.

3. Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Billing & Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Canceling stops future billing. Access remains active through the current billing period.

5. Security Practices

Prism Security provides tools for monitoring, analysis, and security management. No cybersecurity platform can guarantee full prevention of security incidents.

6. Compliance & Industry Controls

Prism Security supports compliance needs related to:

  • Data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Security standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2
  • Financial compliance frameworks such as ASC 606 and SOX for applicable organizations
  • Industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA for health systems and PCI DSS for payment environments

These controls are customer-dependent and do not constitute legal or regulatory certification.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content and software are owned by Prism Security. Users may not reproduce, alter, or distribute without permission.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid within the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
